The Department of Orthopedics provides comprehensive conservative and surgical orthopedic care. Among these are specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for all disorders of the musculoscletal system. These include open as well as minimal invasive surgery of the spine (scoliosis, diseases of the discs), the joints (partial and total replacement), and the complex treatment of functional deficits and pain syndromes.
